Marketplace role
HotelsBidding provides a platform connecting travelers and hotels. We are not the hotel operator unless explicitly stated on a confirmation.
Bids & bookings
A bid is an offer, not a confirmed reservation, until accepted by you and the hotel under the terms shown at checkout.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the platform, scrape inventory, or attempt to circumvent payment or fraud controls.
