Getting started
Search a destination, choose dates, and either book a published rate or submit a bid on the Bid tab. Hotels may accept, decline, or counter-offer.
Bids & counter-offers
Nothing is confirmed until you accept an outcome. You can adjust or walk away if a counter-offer does not fit your budget.
Cancellation options
Cancellation terms depend on the rate or bid outcome you accept. Review the policy shown on the hotel page and in your booking confirmation before you complete payment.

Location & nearby hotels
Use “Use my location” on the homepage to see distance-ranked hotels after you opt in. Location is stored in a browser cookie until you clear it.
