Hotel Policy

Check-In time is at 3:00 PM. All guests are asked to arrive at Hotel Pierre at 3:00 PM or any time after on the day of your scheduled arrival. Early Check in is based on availability. Please confer with Hotel upon arrival to request an Early Check In. A mandatory daily hotel fee of $10.00 (subject to applicable lodging tax) will be added to the guest room account. You may stay in the property's common areas after 12:00 pm, the day of your checkout. Hotel Pierre reserves the right to remove your personal belongings in the event you do not check-out by 11:45am. If a balance remains at check-out, it will be charged to your method of payment on file at this time. All reservations are non-refundable and will be charged upon making the reservation. If cancelled or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the reservation will be charged. Hotel Pierre has the right to cancel the reservation if the credit card on file is not valid and/or declining. If any personal belongings are left behind, Hotel Pierre will hold such items for the following 48 hours. Smoking is prohibited in any guest room and in all the property. If evidence of smoking such as smell, cigarette disposals, etc. Guest is responsible for additional charge of $200 which will be assessed to your account. Room keys are to be returned to the front desk upon check-out. Rooms are expected to be used with respect to the Hotel. There is a mandatory $120 security deposit which covers the safe use of the room as well as the return of the room key. Security Deposits are returned to guests upon checkout. Damaged/stolen items or failure to return key(s) at check-out will result in a partial or complete forfeit of the security deposit. All guest must check-in and register at the front desk with a valid ID. Register guests are responsible for the activities and conduct of the visitors. Hotel Pierre provides parking to our guests on a first-come, first serve basis. The daily rate for parking is only $25.  Car's parked at Hotel Pierre without a permit will be towed at the owner’s expense.
